Their local help center in Hong Kong is permanently engaged with service provided from 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) only. In many occasion I have to try for hours and hours before getting connected. Godaddy live-chat is very difficult to connect. public_html directory is displayed on FileZilla, with the data of all domain/subdomain websites shown on this directory.
